It comes from Africa. It is hand made with non-authentic artiﬁcial materials

How is your object meaningful to you?
I always have contact with this necklace that is somewhat of a souvenir for me. It was gifted to me by a very special person.

How do you see yourself as an artist in your community?
To be an artist is a career choice that abounds with many problems around people, specially, in certain circles. As for me, I hope to bring my touch to change this situation that handicaps artists and their careers on a daily basis.

What is your hope for the future?
In the future, my hope is that artists will be able to occupy the place they deserve in society, like everyone else.

Il est fait à la main avec des matériaux artificiels non-authentiques.

D’ou vient votre objet?
Il vient d’Afrique.

Comment votre objet a-t-il un sens pour vous?
Je suis toujours en contact avec ce collier qui est une sorte de souvenir pour moi. Il m’a été offert par une personne très spéciale.

Comment vous voyez-vous comme artiste dans votre communauté?
Être un artiste professionnel c’est un choix qui présente beaucoup de problèmes surtout dans un certain cercle de personnes. Quant à moi, j’espère amener ma touche pour changer cette situation qui handicape les artistes et leurs carrières tous les jours.

Quel est votre espoir pour l’avenir ?
Dans le futur, mon espoir est que les artistes pourront occuper la place qu’ils méritent dans las société, comme tout le monde.
